Enjoy Chennai’s favourite Seer Fish / Vanjaram (வஞ்சரம்) in its whole form—perfect if you prefer custom cuts. “Whole” means we first weigh the fish in its natural state and then cut & clean it as per your notes (scale, gut, trim; slices/steaks/curry pieces). During professional cleaning there is an unavoidable loss of weight (removal of scales, viscera, fins/edge trims and natural drip), so the final packed/net weight will be lower than the billed whole weight.
